The aim of the course is to present, discuss
and use different
theoretical strategic approaches as well as
through practical cases
learn how to act strategically in a quickly
changing business
landscape.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is
expected to be able to:

thinking
- understand and use strategic tools for
analyzing the business
environment in general and the opportunities

- comprehend the role of the board, the CEO and

The course will deal with the following topics:

- classical and new strategic tools
- the role of the board, CEO and the executive

- the role of corporate culture in strategy

- the growth paradigm
- the ability to proactively react on changes

A bachelor degree and at least three years work
experience gained
after completing the higher education degree
