Prerequisites and co-requisites
A bachelor degree and at least three years work
experience gained after completing the higher
education degree.
Additional information
The core content of the course is given at the
face-to-face lectures. The idea is it is a
collaborative effort and attendance is therefore
warmly recommended at each lecture (50%
attendance is mandatory). To complete the course
you are expected to do all required assignments,
including the lecture diary. If you are unable to
attend, please go through the lecture materials
carefully on your own. There will also be
additional recommended reading for those unable
to attend.

Essays, reports, productions and portfolio
Assessment requirements
Student keeps a light lecture diary which is
used in the written assignment.
The written assignment is an essay based on
journal articles, the lecture contents,
and own reflections on the lecture themes (the
lecture diary!). This assignment generates a
maximum of 75 points (to pass you need 50%).
Student will also draft a plan that targets a
specific leader behavior or skill that he/she
feels needs improving. This assignment generates
a maximum of 25 points (to pass you need 50%).
Both assignments are mandatory.
