Competency aims
The aim of the course is to provide a basic understanding of transmedia storytelling. Students will gain competence in conceiving and developing a story idea for use in a transmedia production.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to:
1. explain the principles of transmedia storytelling;
2. describe the history and prehistory of transmedia;
3. understand and use some of the basic transmedia toolkit.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Students must have access to a computer, and understand how to create an account on a website, and download and upload material. Students must be able to zip and unzip files, in order to receive and send assignments.
