as the family's well-being and can assess the need
for early support in cooperation with the family.

You can describe the service system and support
for children and families in accordance with the
Social Welfare Act.

You can present social management and social
pedagogical approach in work with children and
families.

You can explain the importance of cross-border and
interprofessional cooperation in the framework of
early support for families and children.

Skills:

You have good interaction skills with the child,
family and with different cooperation partners.

You have the ability to supervise and support
children and families, considering diversity and
diversity of the families.

Attitude:
You promote participation of children and families
in order to support their agency.
