Competency aims

The aim of the course is
to learn the basic laws of electricity
and magnetism and how to apply them.
to learn how to use scientific process and
gain facility with experimental techniques.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to
-apply the basic laws of physics to the
solution of conceptual and qualitative problems.
-to further develop the ability to solve problems
through logical thought and organized reason.
-understand how physical laws and concepts are used to describe phenomena such as motion of electrical charges, magnetic field, the interaction of charged particles,electric circuits, induction, AC-DC currents
