The aim of the course in Anatomy and physiology
is to create
understanding of the structure of the human
body and the healthy
body functions.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is
expected to be able to:
related to the course in Anatomy and physiology
- describe the structure of the human body and
name the organs in
Swedish and with scientific names

- understand and describe the functions of the
organ systems, like
the musculosceletal system, the circulatory
system, the respiratory
system, the endocrine system, the nervous
system and the sensory
organs and be able to describe the
functions of the digestive system, the urinary
system and the
reproductive systems
