Competency aims

The aim of the course is:

- Students perform a concrete development projects at work within its own competence, either as a small independent project or as part of a larger ongoing project.
- The student deepens its expertise in research, project methodology and project management.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to:
- be able to apply project models to develop their own professional field.

- possess in-depth knowledge within their own spheres of competence.

The projects discussed in consultation with the teacher of the course, then its design and presentation is determined individually.

Assessment requirements

To pass the course the student should pass the following examinations:
- Approved the project executed with working life.
- Approved written project report that is literature-based and includes a project plan, implementation, evaluation and reflection in relation to Arcada general competence in the development and entrepreneurship, and in relation to the relevant occupation-specific skills.

(examinations include written examination tests, demonstrations and presentations, reports and produktions, essays, and also presence at specified occasions)
