Competency aims

The module includes the competencies to work as a development and change actor, to work for sustainable health with an occupational science basis. The module covers the general competencies of ethical and sustainability, learning and career and technological competence. You have advanced knowledge of occupational justice and its impact on sustainable health in society. You have advanced knowledge of creative processes and their uses to create sustainable solutions that support activity and health in everyday life. You have knowledge of social entrepreneurship and social innovations based on occupational science. You can lead yourself in different work processes. You work user-oriented and cherish the equal value and participation of all groups. You can flexibly and versatilely use your knowledge and skills to solve problems related to sustainable health. You can work for ethical and sustainable innovative digital solutions.

Knowledge
You have knowledge of social entrepreneurship and social innovations based on occupational science.
You have knowledge of the meaning of the concepts intrapreneurship, development and change actor and trendwatching in relation to social entrepreneurship
You have knowledge of environmental analysis and its impact on a specific field
You have knowledge of projects, different types of projects and project management
You have advanced knowledge of creative, value-creating processes and its uses to develop sustainable solutions that support activity and health in everyday life
You have knowledge of how social entrepreneurship can promote good health and well-being in society and thereby reduce inequality regarding health. (SDG 3 och 10
You have knowledge of the Participatory Occupational Justice Framework (POJF) as a basis for co-creative change work.
Skills:
You can apply an occupational perspective in your reasoning about social entrepreneurship with user participation
You can apply the basic principles for project planning and product / service development
You can use different models for external analysis
You can use trendwatching and benchmarking as a basis for your innovative idea.
You can identify development needs for a co-created change / innovation in your work with a specific target group, with the goal to create social benefit
You can use various digital tools in project management
You use welfare technology as support to promote health for different target groups in society
Under supervision, you can develop self-leadership in various work-oriented work processes
You can critically review and apply literature and research as a basis for project work.
