The aim of the course is
-to improve spoken and written fluency
in customer-service situations
- to increase the student's vocabulary for him/her to be able to
express himself/herself on matters related to his/her field and
on general topics

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to
- understand and interpret articles related to the OT field
- have developed his/her reading and writing skills
- understand the main points of standard speech on familiar
matters regularly encountered at work, in school, at leisure
- give clear, rather detailed descriptions about treatments,
products or processes
- interact with a high degree of fluency in customer-service
