The aim of the course is to practice communication
and be familiar with the social service system.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected
to be able to
- understand the importance of the communication
- describe what a professional treatment means
within social services
- explain how different producers of social
services understand and take in consideration the
consumer´s need of social service
