Competency aims

Objective of this course is to introduce to
composite materials, their mechanical
characteristics, modelling methods and
manufacturing processes. The course builds a
foundation in technical textiles as reinforcement
for composites. Sandwich construction and concept
for light weight structures is describted for
bending loads.
