The aim of the course : in order to use the
knowledge in building renovation process

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is
expected to be able to:

- Understand basic principles about renovation
- make basic calculations for energy
consumption,
taking Finnish law in consideration
- choose right materials for energy-saving
solutions
- plan a house to meet new criterias, laws and
stipulations for renovation
