Competency aims

The aim of the course is to be able to use the visual narrative components: brightness, color,
composition, movement and time.
Understanding the dramaturgical structure to find a way to break down the script into images.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, students are expected to be able to use more conscious the components of visual storytelling.

Course contents

In the course visual storytelling we take an insight of painting's in research purposes. We deal with artists and their works that can serve as a reference in mowiemakers work. we
also allows a glimpse into the photography and get acquainted with image analysis in some famous photographers' pictures.
We also do a review of the dramaturgical structure to find a way to break down the script into images.

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Introduction to storytelling. Introduction to media production.
Or an similar course.

To pass the course the student must take part in team exercises and evaluations during the course.
Compulsory attendance is 80% of theory lessons
