Competency aims

The aim of the course is to let the younger students work in the
productions of the older ones.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course the student should be able to have a good understanding of a specific production’s different phases as well as insights into how other students and professionals solve specific problems.

The student is also expected to be able to work as a respected assistant in media productions.

Essays, reports, productions and portfolio

Assessment requirements

Verified participation as an assistant in a student production (certified by the producer of the production i.e by a written confirmation which is attached to the report). The student should also submit a report containing the following:
- description of the work done
- name of the supervisor and description of the co-operation between supervisor and assistant
- time and attendance report
- self reflection on the lessons learned during the production including an evaluation on the student’s performance
