Competency aims

The aim of the course is to study the definition of different
media genrés and to let the student become familiar with the
process of developing new programme ideás. The aim of the
course is also to show the student good programs from different
genrés and to present new creative thinking.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to
identify different genres in media production. The student will also
know how to deal with concept developing issues for to be applied
in general media production.

1. Introduction
2. A guide to televison genres
3. A short introduction to using brands in media production
4. Developing of new program concepts
5. Formats
6. Developing programmes for the DINA channel (workshop)

Prerequisites and co-requisites

MK-2-007 (0) Dramaturgi och retorik

Additional information

One part of the workshop is for developing new programme ideas
for DINA will be included in the course.
