Competency aims

The aim of the course is to give the student a
understanding of how mobile applications are
developed on Windows 8

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to
be able to work with mobile applications for Windows
Mobile platforms aswell as to be accustomed to
programming in Windows 8 with Visual Studio.

- Introduction to Windows 8 programming
- Introduction to Visual Studio
- Introduction to Windows Mobile platform
- Exercises used to introduce mobile programming
concepts
- Course projects to bind the theoretical to
practice

Base knowledge in some programming language.
