The aim of the course is that the student gets
basic knowledge in

- the network interface of a computer

- parallelism and pipelining in computer systems

- different parts of a network and their

- how the internet works and is built

Assessment requirements

Final exam and exercises must be approved.
Exercises are approved when at least half of the
maxumum score for exercises are obtained. In the
course mark the final exam has the weight 2/3 and
the exercises have the weight 1/3.
