Competency aims

The aim of the course is to give knowledge and methods how to develop high level of service experiences on the field of travel, tourism and MICE. Digitalization of the sector in travel and tourism perceives also a central role in course content.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to plan high quality services with consumer insight . The student do also have knowledge of methods how to convince a good experience for the guest. She/he do understand demands for to organize conferences and convents for delegates from different cultures.

To pass the course the student should pass all the following examinations:

Examination 2.Assignment 1 20 p
Examination 3 Assignment 2 50 p
Examination 4 Assignment 3 10 p
Examination 5 Assignmnet 4 40 p
(examinations include written examination tests, demonstrations and presentations, reports and productions, essays, and also presence at specified occasions)

The examinations contribute to the final grade as follows:
70-84=1, 85-99=2, 100-114=3, 115-134=4, 135-160=5
