Democratic-participatory leadership is a challenge

mutually supportive relationships where students

valued for the unique, creative perspective they
bring. Each study unit requires active commitment,
as peer-learning and self-driven learning
activities
are the foundation for deep learning. Studies can
be
done on campus or online. Students receive
regularly
?triggers? (complex questions), guidance and
resourceful lectures as a pedagogical framework.
The
triggers are work and/or civil society related.
The
lectures are a blend between theoretical
discussions
and Finnish/ Nordic guest lectures. During all
learning activities in this master program there
will be a continuous focus on social, teaching and

of
community among learners is essential for
developing
common purposes and inquiry in each learning unit.
