9:30 to 11:30 Introduction (close study):
1) Introduction to key concepts and examples. Objective: to be
familiar with what is characteristic of a multicultural society. We
get to know the method (TAIDA) and agree on common methods
and times. Goals: that you understand what is required for good
leadership in multicultural environments
12:30 to 15:00 (close study + own work)
TAIDA TRACKING: (Media-based mapping): find weak signals!
what is my own cultural identity and my own attitudes. Read: The
media debate on multiculturalism, interculturalism and
globalization. Make a presentation in any format in which you
presents: Who you are in a global context?

& Designer). Paola will present her work and projects with
intercultural communication .. The goal is: to understand cultural
differences and understand how to work with people regardless
of background
Tuesday
9:30 to 12:00 What is behind all this? We work with Causal Loop
Diagrams. Starts work on phase 3 of TAIDA: Analysis continues
Imaging.
Wednesday:
Morning: Own work
13:15 to 15:00.
Scenario: The students will present the results of their work. We
are working on with the Scenarios.
Thursday:
9:45 to 14:00. YKON Game in multi-hall!
