The aim of the course is

- To prepare objectives for projects
- Understand group dynamics and how to work in teams
- Know the basics of how to lead teams
- Learn to develop project plans and budgets

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to
plan and initiate projects in the CCI

For students doing their bachelor in Cultural Management the
course
is preparatory for Internship 1. The course can also be part of
different modules and curriculas. The course consist of the
following:

- Project management tools
- working with teams
- Leading oneself
- stakeholder analysis
- the cycle
- Risk assessment
- evaluation of projects and ones own work

- assignments and exam on itslearning 40p
- project plan (report) 50p

To pass with the grade 1 the course you should get a minimum of
50
points. The project plan is also crucial for the next steps.
