Competency aims

The aim is to provide an understanding how culture influences the Supply Chain and how company culture affects leadership in organizations.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to know how to appreciate different cultures, trends, and religions.
The student is also expected to be familiar with different theories of culture, organizational culture and company culture and studies. The student should be able to analyze his/her own culture.
The student should also be able to take into account how different theories of culture influence the Supply Chain.

This course is planned only for Logistics students and they have the first priority on the course.
