Understand and use change models to work with
change processes in an

Translate knowledge of organizational change to
practical solutions
applicable to different organizational
situations and contexts

At the end of the course the student is expected

faces when major changes occur.

-explain some underlying reasons for change
resistance and how to
overcome and manage resistance

-explain what is meant by learning organization
and what it means
for developing an organization

-explain how knowledge can be managed in an

they can be
applied to practice to arrive at positive
outcomes
