Prerequisites and co-requisites

A bachelor degree and at least two years work
experience gained after completing the higher
education degree

Additional information

Note that the Leadership for Nordic Healthcare
programme is entirely online, and therefore this
course will consist of online activities only. The
course requires active commitment each week, as
peer-learning and self-driven learning activities
are the foundation for deep learning.

Assessment requirements

The assignment for this 10 ECTS study unit is three
folded:
Qualitative and quantitative learning path. You are
all asked to identify, plan, participate and finish
two separate online courses of your own choice. Hand
in your Learning diary (1 page) on ITS learning (20%
of final grade).
Written methodology overview. Write a methodology
overview on two different methods usable for your
topic. Discuss how your topic can/or have been
researched from a qualitative and a quantitative
approach. Your written methodology review should be
around 5 pages excluding references (70 % of final
grade).
You need to regularly and actively participating in
research methodology debates arranged during spring
2022. There will be 5 sessions and you need to
participate in at least 4 of them. Participating
regularly and actively in the research methodology
debates grants you 10 points for this study unit
(=10% of final grade)
