The aim of the course is that the student

- is familiar with the concepts of knowledge

various kinds of knowledge
- knows the basis of development work within
social, health and church sectors
- knows the basics of project work
- knows the basic terms and practices of
service
design and conceptualisation
- identifies development objects in a changing
working life and their professional competence
- knows the basics of research writing and are
familiar with research reports as a text type
