Competency aims
The aim of the course is to enable the student to help in a medical emergency or a trauma and help a person who needs help.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to have the basic knowledge and skills to:
1. do cardiopulmonary resuscitation in a case of cardiac arrest using an automatic defibrillator
2. give first aid in a medical emergency
3. give first aid in trauma
Course contents
First Aid knowledge according to Red Cross stipulations and CPR-D.
