In this study unit competence in sports and
exercise is in focus.

Learning outcomes

- The student can guide behavior change process in
adults.
- The student can apply theories and methods for
health promotion and sport at individual/group
level.
- The student can map the condition of the target
group using relevant methods (e.g.
fitness tests) both at the beginning and at the
end of the practical training.
- The student can set relevant goals for
the behavior change process.
- The student can plan and use
appropriate forms of activity (e.g. planning
of physical training) based on surveys
and the needs of individuals.
- The student can communicate in an understandable
way (written, oral and visual) through
different communication styles and means that are
adapted to target group and context.
- The student is aware of how different
values ​​affect individuals and can take it in
consideration in customer work.
