The aim of the course is for the student to get
to know the impact of nutrition on the athlete
and his/her performances, and therefore be able
to know what the athlete should take in to
account before, during and after the

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected
be able to describe the role of nutrition on the
sports performance, recovery and development, as
well as take in to account the special features
