The aim of the course is that the student:
- understands the meaning of communication in the coaching process
- understands the unconscious messages in the interaction
- can use the most known coaching techniques in the coaching process
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to be familiar with:
- coaching techniques for the different kind of groups
- coaching techniques in the different situations
- communication techniques in the coaching situation
- body language and hidden messages
