Competency aims

The aim of the course is that the student:

  • gets understanding of the development phases of human being
  • understands socializing process and how a man will develop as a social individual
  • understands how to utilize psychology as pedagogical tool

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course:

  • student understands the physical and psychological development of the human being and its impact to the his/her identity/self-esteem

Course contents


  • motivation, cognitive process, learning process during life time with the learning theories,
  • the development of the human being with the cognitive, psychodynamic and interactive theories
