Competency aims

The aim of the course is that the student will:
-understand what a healthpromoting leadership
contains of and how a healthpromoting
organization works.
-get increased knowledge in processes of change
in organization development trough a
healthpromotive perspective
- be able to apply how a personnel-/health
closing can be used at a workplace.
- be able to apply theory to practice on
different workplaces and organizations.
- undersatand how strain emerges during work and
how it can be influenced.
- get increased knowledge about availability at

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected
to be able to:
- identify the central terms within health-
promoting organizations and leadership
- have the ability to support a workplace in
health-promoting leadership and organizational
development with relevant tools.
- to be able to plan actions that prevents
physical strain in the workplace.

-Central concepts in health promoting leadership
-European network for Health Promotion Work Place
- Processwork through a case, for example a
- Tools for health promotion in an organization
and for leadership, for example personnelclosing
and healthclosing
