Competency aims

The aim of the course is that the student can
make surveys about different dimensions and
estimates health questions in relation to the
life situation and occupational circumstances.
The student participates and is active in the
the school health context.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is
expected to be able to be acquainted with
school health and student health in an
integrated environment.
The student get to know the laws about
occupational health. The student makes
occupational health care examinations and
working place surveys. The student knows the
system of rehabilitation and the future in
occupational health care. The student
understands health prevention and relevance of
health, sickness and mortality of individuals.
