Competency aims

The aim of the course is that the student gets advanced knowledge about well-being on both individual and grouplevel with the workplace as an healthpromoting arena. The student develops innovative skills about well-being in order to meet challenges in the broad worklife. The aim is also to promote the students competence to take responsibility for his/her own health and the professional skills of the group. This describes knowledge, skills and competences that correspond with the EQF resultat of learning on level 6.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to:
- Explain and illustrate the salutogenic perspective at the workplace
- Critically discuss the view of leadership and coworkership in the structures in an organization in order to evaluate their significance in well-being at work.
- See the differences in competences and resources of the personnel and also their connection to well-being at work.
- Be able to analyze based on challenges at work such as technology, demography and the genderperspective
- Distinguish the dynamics in different workcommunities/teams and their effect on wellbeing at work.
- Practically apply drama as an alternative tool to develop health in workplaces.
- Identify strainful factors an riskfactors that effects wellbeing at work.
- Distinguish between bylaw and not bylaw actions and routins that promote wellbein at work

The student has to have 120 sp approved to take part in the course
