After completion of the study unit:

You can identify the key concepts of a
health-promoting workplace. You understand the
mechanisms of a healthy workplace in an
organization and its leadership that impact
and have knowledge of theories and models that
promote well-being in the workplace (knowledge)

You are prepared to enhance well-being and support
health-promoting leadership and
organisational development with relevant tools and
models. You can plan actions to
prevent overload and promote well-being.
