Learning outcomes

After completing the unit of study, students can
follow up
the well-being of the woman and the fetus during
pregnancy
and thus anticipate and prevent possible
complications.

Participation in the training in accordance with EU
directives

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Competences of the study units in the three
first years of nursing education

Medication exam completed at least 2 weeks before
the start of the internship or as required by
by the examiner.

In addition, decision 6/2020 of the Vice-Dean
applies to
adequate language skills in Swedish and Finnish
when the internship is to be booked.

Additional information

The work trips are done according to the
supervisors and
unit planning. 38h/week in three shifts.
The practical assignment is done on its learning.
Reporting of hours worked and evaluation should be
submitted on its learning.
