The aim of the course is that the student:

• familiarize with the sports that are in the
  program
• develop the capacity and skills of his/her
  own
• student can develop and apply health
  promotion
  activities

At the end of the course:

• student has basics knowledge, can the rules
  and
  can techniques of the sports in the course
• student can develop and apply health
  promotion
  activities
• student can analyze how to teach different
  sports and health promotion activities to the
  different groups

Contest:

• target-/punch games, boll handling/nätbolls,
  other boll games/plays
• ice games/plays, orienteering, cross country
  skiing, slalom etc

Attendance 80% in all areas. Each section /
branch /
teachers have the same 80% attendance rule.
Absence
of 20% requires Medical certificate

Literature will be given under lessons of each
sport, by the teacher
