Learning competence:

in motion and see the development needs

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is
expected
to be able to:

-Understands and knows the human
development(motor and psychosocial etc.) from
birth to death
-Can Identify development challenges and
opportunities in man's various life stages
-Understand the following concepts: identity
development, life cycle psychology,
psychosocial development, reflex, reaction,
fine motor, gross motor skills, etc.

-Understand what things are important in motor
learning processes
-Understand the conditions of motor learning
in different age groups as a part of man's
overall development
-Can Reflect their motor learning through
theories and learn new physical skills through
health promotion activities
-Find and can use evidence based theories and
books

-Have a picture of their future profession and
see the connection between the course and
working life

- Movement, motor learning and health
promotion activities
- Human motor-, physical, psychosocial
development from birth to death
- Professional identity - what is it to be a
physiotherapist / sports instructors

Assessment requirements

To pass the course the student should pass the
following examinations:

1.Motor learning
- Seminar and presentation materials (videos)
(1-5) 50%
- Health promotion activities and
demonstrations are compulsory (between 80-
100%). Health promotion activities have little
practical and written assignments that are
mandatory (approved / unapproved)

2.Humans lifecycle
- Exam (1-5) 50%

3.Professional identity: visitors day, task &
seminar (approved / unapproved)

Course all parts should be completed before
any grades are given. Late submissions lower
grade (-1 / per week)
