Competency aims

The aim of the course is to give the students knowledge to choose appropriate physiotherapeutic methods and give them skills to apply them.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to know and understand the effects of the physiotherapeutic methods and based on the assessment choose and utilize the methods.

- Proprioceptive neuromuscular inhibition and facilitation
- Massage
- Manual mobilization of the joints
- Muscle stretching
