and applications of SolidWorks software

You can use SolidWorks as a design tool.

You can use both solids and surface modelling
in the creation of designs. (Skills)

You can use simulation software to access the
performance of parts. (Skills)

You can use standard design libraries in the
design process. (Skills)

You can produce 2D drawings from 3D solid
models. (Skills)

You can produce 3D parts, drawings and
assemblies using SolidWorks. (Skills)

You can conduct stress analysis using CAE
software and to determine whether parts are
designed with a proper factor of safety.
