The aim of the course is to give the students
insight in the future of
retail from a strategic and research perspective

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is
expected to be able to:
-understand the critical trends of development
in retail
-assess structural changes in grocery retail
-conduct Eye-tracking studies in retail
-understand the role of data for analytics and
as a potential new service

-Diversity in customer requirements
-Eye-tracking study's and analysis
-How can data and analytics be used in retail

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Minimum 20 ECTS conducted in the marketing module
of year 2
