The aim of the course is provide the student with knowledge
needed to manage the human resource department at a small
company with multicultural staff.

Hiring and firing, pay, holidays, retirement, training and
development,, health and well being, negotiations, human
resource planing.

Additional information

There will be an examination held during the last week of the period. There will be assignments done in small groups. Attendance at the group discussions is mandatory.

Information will be given during the first lecture.
