The aim with this practical training is that the
student deepens her/his knowledge in leadership and
management in the elderly care and service setting
Learning outcomes
During this practical training the student is
expected to get acquainted with leadership culture
- get experiences from leadership and management
in an organization - build contacts with persons from working life
- understand planning and financing as a part of
working in business with elderly care - understand the collaboration between different
sectors within elderly care
Course contents
Students form their personnel objectives prior to
the 3 week long practical training. After the
practical training the student writes an individual
summary of reflections.
