The course will deal with the following topics:

  • the development of strategic thinking
  • classical and new strategic tools
  • the role of the board, CEO and the executive
    management
    group
  • the role of corporate culture in strategy
    work
  • companies in distress
  • the growth paradigm
  • the ability to proactively react on changes
    in the business
    landscape

Prerequisites and co-requisites

A bachelor degree and at least two years work
experience gained
after completing the higher education degree
