Competency aims

The aim of the course is to analyze the impact
of
Internet on market structures, look at future
solutions and to get hands
on experience with a digital storefront.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is
expected to be able to

- understand the impact of Internet and
connected things e.g smart products on market
structures
- manage order handling, payment transactions
and logistics in an eCommerce storefront

Future of retail - smart products, in-store
technologies with e.g. RFID, NFC
Logistics solutions in eCommerce
Digital payments
Simulations in eCommerce Lab

Prerequisites and co-requisites

A bachelor degree and at least three years work
experience gained after completing the higher
education degree
