Competency aims
The aim of the course is to give an insight in
the various
strategic choices and operative challenges when
establishing and developing a market position in
the Nordic
markets.
The course will also offer the students an
opportunity
to collect their overall key learning points into
a
commercial package and to receive professional
feedback & coaching on their ability to sell
ideas.
Learning outcomes
The student is able to:
· actively contribute to establishing a solid
market position for a company in a Nordic market
· analyse a companys market position including
opportunities / challenges, and suggest relevant
alternatives
for further development
Moreover, the student will possess additional
experience in seeing the essential points and
presenting
ideas in a catching and convincing way.
Course contents
Interactive seminar sessions, guest speakers from
various industries and companies
with experience from establishing and
developing a market
position in the Nordic markets.
Assignments both in groups and individually;
receiving professional feedback & coaching from
real-life
business executives.
