Course contents

Course content will be updated two weeks before
the course begins.

Prerequisites and co-requisites

A bachelor degree and at least three years work
experience gained after completing the higher
education degree.

Additional information

The core content of the course is given at the
face-to-face lectures. It is a collaborative effort and
students are warmly recommended to attend all lectures.
The minimum attendance to pass the course is 50%.

Attending guest lectures is mandatory.

To complete the course students are expected to do all
required assignments on time, including the lecture
diary.
If you are unable to attend, please go through the
lecture
materials carefully on your own. There will also be
additional recommended reading for those unable to
attend.

Course literature will consist of journal
articles; the list will be provided when the
course starts, and lecture materials.

Assessment methods

Essays, reports, productions and portfolio

Assessment requirements

Student keeps a light lecture diary which is
used for both assignments.

The written assignment is an essay based on
journal articles, the lecture contents,
and own reflections on the lecture themes. This
assignment
generates a maximum of 75 points.

Student also drafts a development plan that
targets a
specific leader behavior or skill that he/she
feels needs
improving.This assignment generates a maximum of
25 points.

Both assignments are mandatory but to pass the
course the
student needs altogether a minimum of 50/100
points.
