The aim of the course is it apply mathematical methods for the analysis of physical phenomena and test these experimentally

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to analyze:
mechanical systems on the basis of knematics and dynamics and
thermodynamic system

Course contents

linear och rotational motion with and without acceleration, force, energy, impulse, energy and force balance, undamped oscillations, hydrostatics, bernoulli equation, length and volume expansion, heat capacity and heat conduction, gas equation, thermodynamik work and adiabatic processes
