Learning outcomes
At the end of the course you are expected to be
able to:
- know how to start a small company and to know
differences between different legal forms
- plan the whole business-process based on "The
Business Model Canvas" and formalize the idea´s
in a Business plan
- evaluate herself/himself as a potential
entrepreneur
- generate and develop a business idea
- use tools for product and customer
development
- understand service design thinking
- use Marketing mix as a tool for an
entrepreneur
- utilize Customer Journey, Buyer Persona and
Business Canvas to plan the implementation on
the project
- manage the economy of a small company by
understanding the basics of accounting,

This Entrepreneurship extension study module
consists of 4 topic blocks and activities during
the whole course period:
Basics and framework for a new business
Product development and marketing
Create a product/service idea into a concrete
concept that can be implemented
Economic management of a company
Assignments will be done along the whole course
period and tasks within a
certain block will be done according to a given
timetable.
In order to pass the course, you need to
receive
minimum 50% of the points
from each block.
