Competency aims
This course introduces project management
practices. We address project management
methodology and practices in detail and
introduce the Lean and Agile concepts that are
in wide use in businesses today. Upon
completing the course, the student is familiar
with modern project management practices and
will be able to participate in development
projects in a business setting.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student will be
able to:
* Understand and apply project management
methodologies in practice
* Is knowledgeable in the Lean methodology
* Knows the principles of Agile and can apply
them in a project setting.

individual and group assignments.
