Competency aims

The aim of the course is to give deeper insights in modern information technology and the opportunities it gives to manage business processes

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to
- understand the problems of non-integrated "legacy" systems, and the benefits, drawbacks and investments related to an integrated ERP system
- be familiar with an ERP-system interface and navigate in the system
- apply an ERP-system for sales order processing, material requirements planning and delivery processing
- analyze and reflect on modern IT for Business processes
